Smiling man A.Vogel Too many men ignore their prostate
The nationwide survey conducted on behalf of A.Vogel/Bioforce found that six out of ten men would wait to see if a problem eased before seeking medical assistance, with one in ten waiting until the symptoms became intolerable before seeing a doctor - while some would even refuse medical help completely for any complaint. The research points to the likelihood that around 25% of men would simply try to live with the problem.

Globe Artichoke The Benefits of Globe Artichoke
A trial published in Phytomedicine describes the effects of Artichoke leaf extract on healthy adults with high cholesterol. In the randomised, double blind, placebo-controlled trial, 131 otherwise healthy adults were given Artichoke capsules for 12 weeks. They saw their cholesterol levels come down by an average of 4.2% from 7.16 to 6.86. In the same time-frame, the control group saw their cholesterol rise by 1.9%.
This trial reflects our clinical experience with Cynara tincture, although we have found the results to be slightly better with tincture as opposed to capsules.
